Information used by the portal

We use your name, company and email to provide project access and communicate with you. The portal stores proposals, signature and acceptance records, milestones, invoices, shared files, notes and issue reports. Signature evidence includes the time, IP address and browser information. Other project participants see information relevant to the shared project.

Access, payment and messages

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Email links provide access without a password. Project actions and reminders generate service emails and in-app notifications. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted invoice pages; this portal stores invoice identifiers and payment status, not your card number.

Service providers

The portal is designed to use Neon for its database, Cloudflare R2 for private project files, Resend for email, Stripe for invoicing and payments, and Vercel for hosting. GitHub handles repository access when enabled. Data needed to perform those services is processed by the configured providers.

Records and requests

Project and signed agreement records are retained to document delivery, acceptance and payment. Signed records and delivery history are protected against editing. Expired sign-in credentials are removed by the scheduled worker. For access, corrections, deletion requests, retention questions or a privacy concern, email hello@ericg.dev; Eric will explain what can be fulfilled and whether a business record needs to be retained.
